Almost a whole month with Sister Johnson! It is quite the adventure. This week especially was very fun. We went on Monday to Farmington for a meeting on Monday night. Tuesday was Mission Leadership Council all day, almost. After MLC I went on exchanges with Sister Browning, Sister Navarro, and (brown) Sister Johnson.
Before the exchange, during personal study one morning, I was studying for these sisters and the talk "Which Way Do You Face" came into my mind. So I texted the sisters that day and asked if they would read it in preparation for our exchange. Because they're amazing, they all studied it, and it came up as I did exchange forms with every single one of them. Some aspect of the talk applied perfectly to the things we discussed. Whether it was obedience, or consecration, or the companionship, or urgency. Each sister was influenced by some part of the talk and we were able to discuss it briefly in the private exchange form setting. It was amazing to see how the spirit or revelation works.
Afterwards I really felt as if the training should be done all together. So I brought them together in the evening and we spent just about 15 or 20 minutes doing an "in-conclusion" sort of training. I asked each of them what they felt they learned from the exchange, and encouraged them to share some of those things with each other. I asked them to set goals as a companionship based on the things we learned on the exchange and in exchange forms. It was awesome and they shared quite a bit in that time, and the spirit was there so strong. I just have so much excitement for that trio and the miracles they will work in YSA as they remember which way they face, and become unified as a companionship with God's will. Their personalities are so fit for YSA, and I can see how well they are going to reach out to that specific crowd. I can just see how the Lord has handpicked them at this time for this area and the things they will learn from each other in that tripanionship.
On Thursday we went on exchanges with Flora Vista! I got to see Sister Huch. Those sisters are doing awesome too. I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to meet and learn from all of them. I'm running short on time, but know that I love you all! I miss you very much.
